[Last week, when they'd briefly reunited with the living, Luke had told countless, encouraging lies. Unable to run and hide, he'd faked faith that he didn't have, the same way he used to promise Rosa "forever" despite knowing he had nothing of the sort.
Now, though... now, it's a little more genuine. And Diluc is such a calm, confident person--being honest with him doesn't seem too bad.]
