["Pixi you literally just started the room PC a few hours ago" MORE MARGARET TIME!!!!
This can be after the Thing. Both of them handled the NPCs pretty calmly, and Margaret's been pretty chill the whole time, so Luke feels comfortable swinging by to chat with her about it (as opposed to, say, checking up on her to make sure she isn't having a breakdown).]
[Well! Margaret gets a bit of an advantage here. Whenever she swings by the room, she'll spot Luke; he's got the medkit open on a table, and he's rubbing absently at his left side. The usual sunniness is gone from his expression, and Margaret will feel a flicker of sharp pain once she's close enough.
He's quick to recover--he snaps out of his thoughts and smiles at her, dropping his hand to his hip instead.]
[Well! Luke dragged Eunhyuk off after trial for reasons, but eventually, he and Margaret will cross paths again. Except, before they actually spot each other, a void will open up, and Margaret will get hit with a memory--
You lean back on the couch with a sigh, your body aching with mild pain. You've just been discharged from the hospital after rescuing your colleagues from a fire and a gas leak in your workplace, though you can't quite remember who they are or what you do. The news from the doctors isn't great; there's a good chance that a flare-up may kill you. But you carry on, because you must. You smile through it, because that's what you do. What you've always done.
You don't want to worry your roommates, after all. Margaret and Anise have always been so good to you, and you would protect them with everything you have. They came to visit you in the hospital after the incident, and you faked it then--you fake it now, too, promising that you're nearly fully recovered, that they don't need to fuss. But they do anyway, because they're sweet, no matter how much they tease you about your lifelong crush, about being stupid, about playing the hero. (They're right, anyway.) Margaret orders your favorite food, and the three of you talk and laugh while you wait for it to arrive, peaceful and happy.
The doorbell rings. You get up to answer the door, knowing it's the food. But as you get ready to pay for your delicious burgers, the delivery man suddenly calls you "Monsieur Luke," which is weird because Stellis doesn't have a lot of Fr*nch people, and then he grabs you and starts yelling about getting out of there and how the police aren't real, so you put this lunatic in a wristlock for everyone's safety, and then SUDDENLY A GIANT NET FALLS FROM THE SKY AND TRAPS YOU BOTH, and you're confused as fuck, and--
The memory(?) ends, and real Luke is left standing there like the man_standing emoji.]
[RNG put us at Rat's Share!!! Luke checked the place out on his Monday rounds, but only briefly; he's happy to investigate properly now, wandering inside with her. He's wearing a thicker jacket than normal over his clothes today, trying to hide the rust all over his body, but it is not very successful.]
I feel like every week we get closer to finding the heart of the rat kingdom.
He will be here waiting at the scrap yard!! Idk if the mods gave you your flavor text, but just in case not, she will be emerging from the trash naked with modesty leaves, which is why Luke is here with a blanket and like, a bunch of clothes picked out from the Night Market. They don't match at all. They are probably not her size. I'm sorry. He tried.
But first he will help her out and throw the blanket around her, because even though it is lowkey traumatic to have someone you care about die in your arms, he's also shy and awkward and there are boobs right there even if they're censored and on a lesbian/mostly-lesbian.]
[RNG has put us in Anna's glorious gift location, which they, for some reason, intrinsically know the name of. He is not going to think about it too hard, and instead will investigate the piano.]
[Okay well first of all... depending on where Margaret has been sleeping she might notice that Luke has not been sleeping in their room. Lord.
BUT ANYWAY--for now, they can be on the ship, because if they're planetside he's going to be insanely overprotective. I think it's funny if they're outside the spa and he's just staring at it like a dog who just realized they're at the vet]
