[Hello Charles!! He can come across Luke in the mess hall; most of his standard-issue meal has been eaten, and he's got the medkit open on the table, going through all the supplies. He glances up and nods in greeting! Any vibes to pick up?]

[Help this is so cute CHARLES IS SO CUTE... I'M REALLY GOING TO END UP ADDING HIM TO THE BOYFRIEND COLLECTION!!!

Also has Charles gone through his medkit... either way, Luke nods at him in greeting. There are no bad vibes coming from him!]

Yeah, I just wanted to see what all they gave us. I wish it was a little more well-stocked, but it'll do in an emergency.

Smart. Doesn't hurt to be prepared, and maybe we can ask for more if we need 'em. Otherwise, we can try and ration them, if we can get people to cooperate...

Mm, they said we could. And that they're planning on giving us access to a medical bay soon, so we can restock for ourselves. Granted, I'd rather not be here long enough to have to worry about that, but... I don't think this will be a quick escape.

Week 4, Wednesday

[Imagine if we had more than one PC in this catchall... Anyway there is just a robot here hanging out after paintball? It seems to be wheeling around and looking at everybody from afar, as if making sure they're okay.]

week 6, saturday

Hey, Luke. Been to the dog park yet?

[Somewhere!!! He perks up considerably.]

Not yet! Can you show me where it is? [He's been dead for so long]

[OFF TO THE DOG PARK]

Well first of all he's looking around at this park (and, tbh, everywhere they pass on the way) with curiosity and interest--but as soon as they get to the dog park he just crouches down and opens his arms wide, ready to hug and play with ANY DOG]

Week 7, Monday

[Forces Jan to be responsible for now... they can be out at the hiking trails!! It was really tempting to force Charles into a swimsuit, just so you know. Praise my restraint

Anyway Luke knows Charles is competent and smart so out they go!! He's pretty serious as they walk, looking around.]

I wish we had a map of this place. [So they can BLOW IT UP no just kidding. Probably.]

Haha, well. Just think of it as an adventure, exploring the unknown, right?

That would be really helpful if we were just lost on our way to a vacation spot.

Hey, it's a matter of perspective. After doing this song and dance again and again, you'll only wear yourself out if you don't make your own fun, right?

week 7, saturday

[HE WILL TAKE IT thank you Charles. He's cleaned up and patched up, yay.

It's a good question... Luke's expression turns pensive. It's tempting to lie and say that he's fine and happy and all his concerns have been magically solved, but... honesty is okay with Charles, he thinks.]

A little bit of both. It might take a little time, but we'll be able to get everyone home safely.

[They will go home tomorrow but he doesn't know that]

[he nods.]

Yeah, I get it. There are still things to deal with, but... we've achieved a lot today, so I'm pretty happy over that.

Mm. And everyone's safe.
